An Ishpeming man has been arraigned in 96th district court for child sexual abuse activity. OnĀ Tuesday Michigan State Police announced that 24-year-old Zachary Erik Weisman was arrested for child fifteen counts of child sexual abuse activity and fifteen counts of using a computer to commit a crime. Michigan State Police began an investigation into Weisman when officials became aware he may have had explicit images of an underage child. State police were able to obtain a warrant and seized digital evidence. Weisman has been arraigned in 96th district court in Marquette County, with a bond set at 30,000 dollars. He is scheduled in court on May 8th.
