Congratulations to nearly 1300 students earning degrees from Michigan Technological University.
Spring commencement begins today, with the graduate ceremony beginning at 3pm inside the John MacInnes Ice Arena. Tomorrow’s ceremony begins at 10am for undergraduates. Guests planning to attend either ceremony should expect to have bags searched for safety. Parking is first come first serve during ahead of the ceremony.
After graduation ends, university officials ask guests to remain in their seats until dismissed. Handicap seating is available during graduation.
